HØIBERG speaks at MassMEDIC IP Seminar in Boston, USA, on 13 September 2013

Peter Borg Gaarde, Partner, European Patent Attorney, and Jens Viktor Nørgaard, Partner, European Patent Attorney, have been invited to speak at the Massachusetts Medical Device Industry Council (MassMEDIC) MedTech Intellectual Property Issues Round-Up Seminar in Boston, in collaboration with Medicon Valley Alliance (MVA).

The title of the lecture given by HØIBERG is ”Threats & Opportunities in Proceedings before the EPO”, and is directed at US-attorneys.

MassMEDIC is an organization of medical device manufacturers, suppliers and associated non-profit groups in Massachusetts and the surrounding region. The Massachusetts region has more than 400 medical device companies.

MassMEDIC strives to create a positive environment which will nurture developing companies, retain and help established medical device companies to grow, and attract new companies to Massachusetts.

HØIBERG speaks at Boston Patent Law Association Seminar in Boston, USA, on 12 September 2013
Jens Viktor Nørgaard, Partner, European Patent Attorney, and Peter Holm have been invited to speak at an IP-seminar at the Boston Patent Law Association.
The title of the seminar is ” Threats & Opportunities in Proceedings before the EPO with an update on the Unified Patent Court and Unitary Patent”, and is directed at US-attorneys.

The Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) was founded in 1924 and has grown to over 900 members.  The BPLA is an association of intellectual property professionals, providing educational programs and a forum for the interchange of ideas and information concerning patent, trademark, and copyright laws.
