Nils counsels as a European Patent Attorney within the areas of mechanics, physics and electronics, process technology, telecommunications, and medico technology, as well as software and artificial intelligence (AI), e.g. neural networks, machine learning and deep learning. Nils joined HØIBERG in 2018. He has a background in physics.
Both large companies as well as start-ups are assisted regarding drafting and prosecution of patent applications, patentability analyses and infringement and validity evaluations.
Nils has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Chalmers in Gothenburg, followed by a PhD in Experimental Physics from the University of Gothenburg where his research concentrated on metal clusters, small metal particles, in cooperation with physicians, chemists and doctors.
Nils has previously worked as a patent attorney at other Danish patent law firms for 11 years.
