Our competent patent attorneys Peter Holm and Marielle Dejligbjerg have passed the demanding European Qualifying Examination 2013 (EQE) and have thus acquired the title of European Patent Attorney (EPA). With the title follows the right to represent clients at the European Patent Office (EPO).
Peter Holm has a background in biochemistry and molecular biology from Linköping University, and has a PhD in biophysics and structural biochemistry from Karolinska Institutet and Lund University. Subsequently, Peter was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Aarhus.Peter joined HØIBERG in 2006 and counsels clients on the protection of intellectual property rights ranging from chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, drugs and food technology to biophysics and cleantech.
Marielle Dejligbjerg has a background in human biology from the University of Copenhagen where she also obtained her MSc and an Industrial PhD degree. Marielle joined HØIBERG in 2007 and counsels in all areas of life science but specialises in health and medicine, drugs, molecular biology and biotechnology. Marielle is also a Certified Danish Patent Agent (CDPA).
