Pernille Winding Gojkovic, Partner, European Patent Attorney, and Jens Viktor Nørgaard, Partner, European Patent Attorney, have organized an IP seminar at the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (Mass-BIO) in Boston in collaboration with Medicon Valley Alliance (MVA).
The title of the seminar is ”Threats & Opportunities in Proceedings before the EPO”, and is directed at US attorneys. Mass-BIO is an association of more than 600 biotechnology companies, universities, academic institutions and others dedicated to advancing cutting edge research.
Mass-BIO has created an innovative life science forum that aims to educate the public and the policy makers, as well as influence the public politics and further the economic interests of individual companies and the sector in general. MVA is the leading bi-national life science cluster in Europe, covering the Øresund region of eastern Denmark and southern Sweden. It is one of Europe's strongest life science clusters with a large number of life science companies and research institutions located within a very small geographical area.
