Louise counsels on all areas of life science, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, food industry and green tech.

Louise has worked with patents since 2001 and she has wide experience in all types of patent related counselling, including overall tasks such as formulation of patent strategies to more specific tasks such as drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patentability assessment, oppositions, assessment of patent portfolios and freedom-to-operate analyses and assisting in connection with court cases and license agreements.

Louise has a background as biochemist and has research experience within the fields of cell cycle and chromatin structure. She graduated as MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Copenhagen and subsequently obtained a PhD in Genetics from the University of Vienna.

She became partner at HØIBERG in 2004 and is also a respected tutor and speaker at IPR courses and patent conferences at home and abroad.
