Kristian is a European Patent Attorney specializing in the fields of electronics, telecommunication, computer-implemented inventions/software and medical technology. Kristian joined HØIBERG in 2014 as a patent attorney and became a partner in 2020. Kristian is also an Authorised Patent Attorney in Sweden and Denmark, as well as a European Design Attorney. He has a technical background in electronics and software.

Kristian works with clients ranging from startups to large international companies in the telecommunication and semiconductor industry and leading universities in Sweden and Denmark. Kristian provides strategic patent counselling, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, oppositions, patentability analyses, freedom-to-operate analyses and infringement and validity analyses.

Kristian holds a master degree (MSc) in electrical engineering from Lund University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in intellectual property law from the University of Edinburgh.
