Sebastian is a patent consultant in the HighTech team at HØIBERG, based in the Stockholm office. He joined HØIBERG in 2025 and has an interdisciplinary background combining nanoscience, medical technology, and organic electronics.

Sebastian has experience in various types of patent-related counselling, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications, patentability assessments, and freedom-to-operate analyses.

He holds a BSc and MSc in Nanoscience from the University of Basel, and a PhD in Medical Technology jointly from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. His PhD research focused on organic electronics and microphysiological systems, merging life science and engineering technologies.
