Thérèse joined HØIBERG in 2003 as Head of HR. She was appointed to Partner in 2007, and has since 2015 been a member of the executive board as CHRO.

Thérèse is in charge of HR, properties and facilities, and team leader for the administrative support team.

Thérèse has previously held leading positions within the media and IT industry before her career path brought her to HØIBERG.
